Under the direct supervision of the Project Development Manager, the Data Entry Operator will perform the following:

  • Comply with Qatar Charity data integrity and security policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for programmer beneficiaries and outputs.
  • Monitor adherence to standardized procedures for data collection, cleaning, validation, storage, and backup across programmer partners.
  • Strengthen digital data collection and reporting tools to support real-time monitoring and analysis across programmer partners.
  • Entering project data within time limit
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibility and checking output.
  • Research and obtain further inebriation for incomplete document,
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated work in designated location and perform backup
  • Scan documents and puts the files
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files,
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunction
  • To devote substantially the whole of his time and attention during business hours and at such others
  • time as may be necessary to discharge of his duties here under,

The roles of video editing include:

  • Creating Engaging Content: Video editors transform raw footage into polished, cohesive visual stories that align with the organization’s goals and brand identity.
  • Crafting Narratives: They assemble footage in a logical sequence, ensuring a clear beginning, middle, and end, which enhances the storytelling aspect of the video.
  • Maintaining Brand Consistency: Video editors ensure that all video content reflects the company’s branding by incorporating logos, color schemes, and consistent visual elements
  • Enhancing Engagement: By adding visual effects, sound, and text, they enhance the overall quality and engagement of the video content. Collaboration: Video editors often work closely with content creators and other creative professionals to understand project requirements and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Mathematics and Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation qualification is mandatory.
  • Masters in Monitoring and Evaluation will be highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access,) and statistical related packages
  • Willingness to travel extensively within programmed sites.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive MEAL experience in donor-funded development programmed.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementation of monitoring systems, survey techniques incl. qualitative investigation, and statistical analysis for community development programmed.
  • Experience of working with similar INGOs
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as a part of a team.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Effective IT Skills (Word & Excel) and experience in project related software and systems.
  • Reporting, planning and Coordination skills.
  • Communication, tact, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving Skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Willing to travel to field locations where conditions may be harsh.
  • Respect and adhere to values and code of conduct of Qatar Charity Kenya.
  • Practical experience in data management, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level skills and experience in training & capacity building in MEAL
  • Excellent coordination, supervision, and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong presentation, report writing and communication skills.
  • Language (English & Arabic added advantage)
