We’re supporting the Government of Liberia to implement a nationwide community health worker program that will bring lifesaving care to the doorsteps of 1.2 million people living in remote communities. As we take on this groundbreaking work, we’re generating evidence of our impact and advocating on a global stage for investment in community health workers.Founded through the hopefulness and resolve of health workers in the aftermath of Liberia’s devastating civil war, we have learned over the years that we are not defined by the crises that strike our lives, but by how we respond to them.
