FHI 360, an American non-profit organization, is looking for qualified candidates for the position of driver based in the BeniMellal-Khénifra region of Morocco. The driver will support a planned USAID-funded project to promote the socio-economic inclusion of marginalized groups in Morocco by improving and institutionalizing participatory governance, business opportunities and livelihoods.

Under the supervision of the administrativemanager, the clumuffeur will assume the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation, use and maintenance of the assigned vehicle

• Responsible for accounting for each trip, keeping records and paperwork for each trip using the vehicle logbook

• Support program implementation by transporting staff  through the areas of intervention through the implementation of defined security approaches, procedures and protocols with respect to travel, safety and security.

Education and qualifications required

• Minimum high school diploma

• Must have a valid Moroccan driver’s license.

• Good knowledge of automotive mechanics is an added advantage.

• 0-3 years experience in driving vehicles with a desirable international organization.

• Good knowledge of French  and/or English and written and spoken Arabic.

• Take the eye exam test

FHI 360, une organisation américaine sans but lucratif, recherche des candidats qualifiés pour le poste de chauffeur basé dans la région de Beni Mellal-Khénifra au Maroc. Le chauffeur soutiendra un projet prévu financé par l’USAID pour promouvoir l’inclusion socio-économique des groupes marginalisés au Maroc en améliorant et en institutionalisant la gouvernance participative, les opportunités commerciales et les moyens de subsistance.

Sous la supervision du responsable administrative, le chauffeur endossera les responsabilités suivantes :

• Responsable du fonctionnement, de l’utilisation et de la maintenance du véhicule assigné

• Responsable de la comptabilité de chaque voyage, de la tenue des dossiers et de la paperasserie de chaque voyage à l’aide du carnet de bord du véhicule

• Appuyer la mise en œuvre du programme en convoyant le staff a travers les zones d’intervention grâce à la mise en œuvre d’approches, de procédures et de protocoles de sécurité définis en ce qui concerne les voyages, la sûreté et la sécurité.

Education et qualifications requises

• Minimum du diplôme d’études secondaires

• Doit avoir un permis de conduire Marocain valide.

• Bonne connaissance de la mécanique automobile est un avantage supplémentaire.

• Une expérience de 3 ans dans la conduite de véhicules avec une organisation internationale souhaitable.

• Bonne connaissance du français et/ou anglais et de l’arabe écrit et parlé.

• Passer le test d’examen de la vue
