About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Fundraising Coordinator to join the Just Grace NPC team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies that support and sustain our programmes and long-term mission.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding donor relationships, securing funding through grants and partnerships, and coordinating fundraising campaigns and events. In addition, the role will support the coordination and growth of the Just Grace social enterprise initiatives that contribute to organisational sustainability.

This position requires a creative thinker with strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to social impact. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders including donors, partners, and community supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising plans and campaigns to meet organisational financial targets.

  • Assisting with the coordination and growth of the Just Grace business enterprises.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, investors, and partners.

  • Organise and manage fundraising events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.

  • Prepare grant proposals and applications to secure funding from foundations and other sources.

  • Prepare reports to funders and partners in accordance to grant agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records of donations and manage donor databases.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and communications.

  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Development Studies Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role.

  • Understanding of the development sector and the industry policies and procedures.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in fundraising software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Passion for social causes and commitment to the mission of Just Grace NPC.
