BRAC International is looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner – Microfinance to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

You will play a key role by providing tactical and operational support to the countries in which microfinance operates in Africa and Asia in all HR aspects, including talent management strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full cycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The noteworthy HR Business Partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.

Important to have: a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR roles with at least 3 years as HRBP, strong leadership and people skills; thorough knowledge of labor legislation and financial regulation as it relates to director level roles; full understanding of all HR functions and best practices and previous experience in microfinance or the financial sector, preferred.

If you are experienced and commercially minded, whilst being a practical “hands-on” HR generalist, together with a good track record of supporting operational teams, this could be your next long-term role.
