Job Description

  • Post new positions with the support of the HR Officer
  • Will support the HR team in the recruitment process including downloading applicant’s CV and scheduling interviews.
  • Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing
  • Update the online staff profile
  • Complete and mail out regret letters
  • Scan and save staff personal documents in a well-organized manner
  • Responsible for the hardcopy staff personal filing
  • Teamwork
  • Work proactively with other team members.
  • Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on multiple activities.
  • Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalate the request to the HR team members
  • Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
  • Manage and Accurately Report Time and Expenses.

At the end of this internship assignment the Intern will be able to;

  • Understand the real work environment and the actual HR activities in a practical situation
  • Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge
  • Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
  • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
  • Keeps abreast of Document retention requirements
  • Pursue an Attitude of Learning and Development
  • Cultivate interpersonal skills
  • Develop negotiating and public speaking skills
  • Foster time management skills
  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of tasks

Job Requirements

  •        Degree in the field of Human Resource Management with zero work experience
  • Friendly, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Fair English written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a team.
  • Detail oriented
  • Good knowledge of computer skill, in Word, Excel, and e-mail
