Responsibilities
- Design and manage top talent retention programs.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Create, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain attractive.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards regarding compensation and benefits.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
