We are currently looking for a HR officer to join our HR department at the Salam Centre for Cardiac Surgery-Soba .
The ideal candidate has a previous experience in HR functions and roles, therefore is familiar with
-Sudanese laws and regulations
-best practices regarding talent acquisition & development
-performance development schemes
-compensation strategies
-organizational and conflict management 101
-Excel
Basic knowledge of accounting, finance or payroll management will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of the English language is considered mandatory, therefore applications in arabic will not be considered.

Our retribution package includes trasportation, canteen service and health insurance, the salary will depend on the candidate’s experience.
