Here’s where you come in:

As the INGO Forum Coordinator, youwill lead the overall management and strategic direction of the CCO, ensuring effective coordination, governance, and collaboration among INGOs while maintaining accountability to members, donors, and stakeholders. You will represent INGO interests at national and global levels, drive advocacy and policy engagement, and strengthen partnerships with governments, UN agencies, donors, and civil society.

You will also oversee project implementation, resource mobilization, financial sustainability, and compliance, while supervising Secretariat staff and ensuring strong operational systems, information sharing, and analysis. You will promote inclusive, locally led responses and uphold accountability to affected populations in line with humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding principles.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree in international relations, political science, development, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years in humanitarian or conflict settings
  • Senior leadership or coordination experience (Country Director or previous Forum Coordination experience or equivalent preferred)
  • Proven experience in advocacy and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Experience managing multicultural teams
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
  • Based in Bangui with willingness to travel up to approximately 15% of the time
