About us

We’ve been on the frontline of the world’s response to HIV and AIDS for over 25 years, working with marginalised people who are denied HIV prevention and treatment simply because of who they are and where they live.

We know we can make the difference. We know that together we are greater than AIDS.

Our cultural philosophy is that Action Makes the Difference. The attitudes and approach we take at work are guided by our organisational values – FreethinkerInspired by Difference and Firestarter – and their associated behaviours. Knowing what is expected of us every day helps Frontline AIDS to be a great place to work.

Are you the Frontliner we’re looking for?

You will promote best practice within your field of expertise and challenge ways of working to ensure the highest quality and levels of efficiency. Your actions will be aligned with Frontline AIDS vision and you will inspire the same behaviour in your peers.
