Summary Job Description
Due to our extensive growth, we have created this new role to support the Madagascar Country Team to identify, nurture and develop the highest levels of potential within its people. This role is key to administering and coordinating the learning and development initiatives and activities across our Madagascar country programme.
You will manage all requests for employees and action the relevant learning solutions and communicate between employees, managers, facilitators and providers. You will coordinate the induction of new employees ensuring that both managers and new staff members are supported through this very important time.
You will have a great eye for data analysis and reporting as well as being a strong communicator both internally within the team and across the organisation with senior staff, by providing accurate timely reporting on all learning programmes including inductions in line with information as requested.
