AAN Associates, an international development consulting entity having experience in more than 10 countries is looking for “ECD Experts” in Rwanda for an Evaluation of UN agency.
The incumbent must have following expertise;
- Advanced university degree in one or more of the disciplines relevant to social sciences, public health and economics
- Minimum 10 years of experience relevant to ECD, Education, Nutrition and Child Protection
- Understanding of the integrated and crosssectoral nature of ECD
- experience working with/in the UN or other international development organizations in the social sector or in national level development assistance and partnership support to government programmes and priorities is an asset
- Extensive quantitative research and impact evaluation expertise and experience, demonstrated skills in similar ECD evaluations
- Fluency in English a must and knowledge of French and Kinyarwanda an advantage
