  • Support programme teams and partners in the use and adoption of monitoring systems and tools, providing coordination-level technical support.

  • Coordinate the collection of monitoring data and evidence from programme teams and implementation or resource partners, maintaining data quality and feedback loops.

  • Compile and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual MERL reports across programmes, including reporting delivered under specific service arrangements such as with the Programme Manager: KSP.

2. Evaluations and Research (20%)

  • Support the planning and coordination of evaluation assessments, internal reviews, and research activities across programmes.

  • Contribute to internal programme reviews and help implement data quality improvement actions.

  • Provide coordination and administrative support to external reviews, evaluations, and studies, including data and tracking support for special projects.

3. Knowledge and Learning Sharing (25%)

  • Support the analysis and presentation of programme data into accessible learning tools and materials.

  • Coordinate with programme and communications teams to consolidate reports and resources showcasing results and impact.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to help document and share the organisation’s learnings.

  • Liaise with the MERL Manager on cross-programme MERL priorities and capacity planning.

4. Salesforce Administration & Adoption (25%)

  • Provide day-to-day administration of Salesforce across the organisation, including user access and permissions, data structures, page layouts, automations, and system updates.

  • Maintain organisation-wide data quality and integrity through regular audits, data cleaning, and clear data entry standards.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that support programme monitoring, impact management, and organisational reporting.

  • Drive adoption across departments through onboarding, training, user guides, and ongoing user support.

  • Identify system improvements and coordinate configuration changes and integrations with other organisational tools.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Functional Competencies (Skills & Knowledge)

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in MERL or impact management systems and advanced Excel.

  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce (or a comparable CRM platform) is strongly preferred; Salesforce Administrator certification will be an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and maintain monitoring tools and reporting cadences independently.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple internal stakeholders and programmes.

  • Experience in, and passion for, youth and community development or education. (Preference will be given to candidates with experience gained in the non-profit, development, or CSI sector.)
