Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in monitoring projects activities, indictors, and progress towards achieving the projects outputs and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist on projects outputs and indicators tracking.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation Specialist in conducting impact assessments of different projects.
  • Assist in orienting projects teams with the M&E tools to be used for effective implementation of M&E
  • Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Regular follow up with projects teams to ensure the M&E tools are effectively used
  • Conduct data verification processes on a regular basis
  • Conduct clean data processes on the collected data
  • Conduct data analysis on the collected data
  • Assist in developing reliable data collection tools
  • Assist in collecting reliable and accurate data across projects.
  • Prepare monthly M&E progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, social work, statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation field.
  • Profession in using google sheet/excel.
  • Proven experience in data verification, cleaning, and analysis.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Analytical and communication skills.
