Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Moral Education Teacher to join our team at Assosa School. The Moral Education Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote strong values, ethical thinking, respect, and social responsibility among students. This role includes classroom teaching, facilitating discussions on character development and citizenship, and supporting students in building positive attitudes, behavior, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ignite Learning: Deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love for lifelong learning.

About You

Qualifications

  • MSc/MA/BA/BSc in the relevant subject or a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with subject specialization
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, ideally in high-performing international or private schools
  • PGDT (Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching) – mandatory
  • Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Amharic required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
