Role Summary
The Operations, Grants and Compliance Volunteer will support organizational systems related to grants management, donor compliance, policies, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support grants documentation and filing.
- Assist in tracking donor requirements and compliance checklists.
- Support development and review of operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with proposal development support tasks and donor communications.
- Support internal coordination and operational planning.
- Maintain organized records for audits and reviews.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Degree or background in Development Studies, Public Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Interest in grants management, compliance, and NGO operations.
- Good writing and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge and ability to use computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, is a mandatory requirement for this position.

- Interest in learning donor systems and compliance standards.

Volunteer Engagement Terms
- This is a full-time voluntary, non-salaried position.
- Selected volunteers will receive orientation, mentorship, and practical work experience.
- Subject to availability of funds, selected volunteers will receive a meagre monthly stipend to support cost of daily transportation to work.
- Volunteers will be provided with recommendation letters upon successful completion of the volunteering period, subject to performance.
