Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Officer to strengthen strategic relationships and drive collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise Funds
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporate bodies, NGOs, government agencies, and donors
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Support fundraising, sponsorship, and resource-mobilization initiatives
- Draft partnership proposals, MOUs, and collaboration agreements
- Represent the Foundation at meetings, events, and partnership engagements
- Monitor and report on partnership activities and outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with organizational goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or related roles
- Proven experience managing external stakeholders and strategic partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills.
