· Promotes best practice in P&O in coordination with the Physical Rehabilitation team and is actively involved supporting the team in the delivery of services to complicated/complex cases.**

· Collaborates and liaises with all members of the rehabilitation team to ensure and promote a multidisciplinary team approach.**

· Participates in training technical training and mentoring of clinical staff involved in the provision of P&O and wheelchair services within UMTH PRC.**

· Participate in the practical training of Assistant technicians.**

· Supports P&O Head of Department to implement PO and general PRC guidelines.**

· Support technical and clinical staff to perform systematic quality control procedures.**

· Reports on physical rehabilitation context, needs and programmes at internal and external level.**

· Support UMTH store person in quarterly inventory**

· Register and treats information (general and specific) confidentially with accuracy.**

· Supports the store keepers to ensure accurate stock positions in collaboration with the UMTH PRC manager and the ICRC delegates

· Generates SRs for local purchase of materials and follow up with logistics.

· Forwards special material or maintenance requests using the correct format and procedure.

· Supports the Log purchaser for the purchase of local material to ensure the needed quality is respected

· Covers management duties when the PT FO is on holiday/absent

· Contributes to routine organisational reporting (SitRep, MAD etc)

· Responsible for preparation and timely execution of the monthly accounting, reimbursement related to the Prosthetics & Orthotics (P&O) devices, accommodation & meals. (including verification of bills)
