Qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of general professional experience, including 5 years of specific experience on any of the above field .
- A master’s degree in any relevant field, business administration, sciences, environmental economics, climate change, economics, international relations etc.
- Preferably 7 years of experience in serving the financial sector, with proven experience on climate and green finance, credit and market risk management, as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) best practices.
- Specific country experience in one/more countries.
- Experience with institutional and capacity building on any relevant field.
- Experience in working in bilateral/multilateral programmes; including practical knowledge of policies and relevant investment stakeholders in any of the field mentioned above.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, including the ability to integrate feedback of team members and stakeholders.
- Language skills: Demonstrated excellent command of spoken and written English.
