Job Summary

The Program Director (PD) will support the Country Director (CD) in providing strategic leadership and management of all FH Kenya programs/project activities as well as increasing the country office funding portfolio through proposal development, networking, and managing donor relations. In close collaboration with the Country Director, the PD will lead the programs teams in aligning the FH Kenya programs with FH’s Re-imagination journey while also advancing systems practice and ensuring program quality across the country. This position supervises between 5-8 direct reports.
