Contract: 12 Months, Fixed Term

Salary: £30,962 with additional expatriate benefits

Islamic Relief Worldwide are looking to recruit a Programme Development and Partnership Manager who will be responsible for strengthening IRK’s development and Fundraising Unit in a bid to increase IRK’s funding programme. H/She will provide effective and strategic leadership to build the country’s capacity in establishing and sustaining long lasting relationships and network with donors. H/She will lead, manage and develop staff in order to ensure that the unit has capacity to achieve its objectives.

The successful candidate must have or be:

· Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development studies, International Relation/ or other relevant discipline

· Excellent English Language skills (written and spoken)

· Relevant experience with an INGO in a senior programme funding position

· Project management qualification (PMD Pro, PMI etc)

· Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of time, mostly to remote areas.

· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SPSS)
