Purchaser Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop purchasing strategies and identify market trends;
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
• Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery;
• Negotiate policies and contracts with various suppliers;
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage;
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports;
• Maintain professional relationships with all key suppliers;

Contract term:  Full time Position, 1-year fixed term contract

Purchaser Requirements and Qualifications

• Devoted and Trustworthy;
• Extensive knowledge of products;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
• Analytical and mathematical capabilities to compare prices and quantities and consider vendor contract terms;
• Ability to evaluate market conditions and various suppliers;
• Keen eye for detail;
• Effective relationship building skills;
• BA Degree in business management, accounting, marketing, supply chain management, or a related fields;
