The FP-ASAL Kenya Project, implemented by JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) and inSupply Health, is soliciting proposals for a development evaluation partner to implement a developmental evaluation for community based models for family planning demand creation, service delivery and supply management implemented by JSI, Save the Children and Amref Health Africa. The FP-ASAL project is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Please submit your most competitive proposal in accordance with the instructions to offerors and terms of reference. Any award issued as a result of this RFP will be subject to all instructions, terms of reference/ specifications, certifications, terms and conditions and funder required clauses.

Submission of Proposals:
The Offeror’s proposal must be accompanied by a cover letter typed on official organizational letterhead and signed by an individual who has signatory authority for the offeror.
