CARE Malawi seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a Midline Evaluation for the USDA-funded Tiwoloka Program (2024-2029), implemented across six districts in Malawi. The evaluation will assess progress in literacy, nutrition, health, hygiene, school feeding, and government systems strengthening using a mixed-methods, quasi-experimental approach.
The selected firm will be responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings, generating evidence to inform project implementation, learning, and policy decisions. Firms with demonstrated experience in large-scale evaluations, education, nutrition, school feeding and advanced quantitative and qualitative research methodologies are encouraged to apply.
