Here’s where you come in:

As the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Ops Excellence), you will provide support for the global Shared Services partners including process directors, managers and team leads of all supported departments and specializes in leading and designing metrics and reporting, statistical analysis and process improvement projects while performing as a dedicated resource for complex processes. You must have skills in project management, Lean Six Sigma, automation, process optimization and simplification, Kaizen events design and leadership; and must be comfortable being self-driven to use methodologies to find opportunities and projects and addressing these with senior leadership by influencing and educating their decision making. You will also be a subject matter expert on the assigned process and coaches others, including team members, on best practices to solve problems creatively and within standards.

Requirements include:

  • Major or advance studies in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or Business Administration, with at least 3-4 years of working experience in related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ experience developing & supporting business intelligence tools and systems.
  • Experience implementing processes and systems, especially Power BI.
  • Advanced PowerBI and PowerQuery.
  • Advanced statistical analysis through languages like R, M, DAX, Python or other.
  • SQL code development and database maintenance.
  • Data modelling in Power BI/Tableau.
