Reports to MEL Manager
Principal Responsibilities
- Enter qualitative and quantitative data from source documents into the tablets
- Compare data entered with source documents or re-enter data in pre-designed data entry templates of either Kobo or Microsoft Access
- Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system including filling of data records.
- Generate reports and responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested
- Keep track of data received and source documents
- Prepare and sort source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
Minimum Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chichewa
- Workable knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
