Background

Triggerise is a growing non-profit headquartered in The Netherlands, operating through with offices in South Africa, Portugal, India, Ethiopia and Kenya. In Ethiopia, Triggerise is building a network of Tiko Pros for delivering relevant health information, products and services to young women in low income communities through private health clinics. The Tikosystem is implemented in urban and peri-urban areas of  Afar ( Amibara, Mile, Gewane and Awash)and Addis Ababa.

We use a digital platform called the Tikosystem to launch health-improving and wealth-creating programs. The Tikosystem is an digital platform that links demand creation with health services, that also nudges desired behaviours with rewards. It unifies local traders, health providers and entrepreneurs to provide a membership to offers and benefits around healthy lifestyles. Users may engage with the Tikosystem regardless of their level of technology access or proficiency. We design high tech solutions for smartphones and low tech solutions for feature phones.

Triggerise is working on increasing the adoption of sexual reproductive behaviour in young girls and women between 15 to 24 years of age, through lifestyle membership program – ‘TIKO EXPLORE’. The core offering provides:

Look Good: discounts on beauty salons and option to pay in Tiko Miles

Learn: discounts in learning institutes for computer, english speaking , dance, etc classes and option to pay in Tiko Miles

Live Well:

  • Discounts in Clinics for services like Antenatal consultation, contraceptive methods, menstrual/UTI/STI counselling. Opportunity to earn Tiko Miles
  • Discounts in Pharmacy and option to pay in Tiko Miles. Also opportunity to earn Tiko Miles on buying contraceptive methods
  • Access to Health awareness sessions on adolescent health, menstrual hygiene and contraception.

Objective

  1. To tell appealing story about Tiko Explore membership for promoting health behaviour change.
  2. To ensure consistent messaging by Tiko Pro when presenting the benefits and offers of the Tiko Explore membership, we propose to have a four-minute video describing the benefit of this offering for the member. We will also have a low-definition version to be saved and shared via Tiko Pro mobile phone.
  3. To contribute to enterprise knowledge which can inform and guide similar initiatives across programs, geographies and health areas.
  4. In a format that is interesting and easy to engage with.

Target Audience

The primary audience will be girls/women between 15 to 24 years old. Tiko Pros will use the video to explain Tiko Explore Offering. English-version of Video documentary will be shared/displayed among various internal and external stakeholders including national and state level government officials, private providers, policy makers, non-government officials, Target populations and international Donors.

Job Requirements

Requirement: Elements of Execution

  1. Background data and evidences – The video will have a strong background of young girls and their journey with Tiko Explore.
  2. Places to be covered- Documentary will be shot in two areas. Community awareness process, service delivery points, Tiko Pro agents, Beneficiary and Stockist will be captured.
  3. Insights to be captured- Women residing in urban lower SEC areas, program management team, Tiko pro agents, Rafiki, network doctors, salon, retailer and other actors associated with project.
  4. Video Length- Require two AV capsules-
  5. AV on overall TIKO EXPLORE offering of 4 minutes duration. This AV capsule will showcase use journey
  6. Brief snippets capturing testimonials from different actors
  7. Timeline- Need final version of creative by Jun 15th, 2019. This is the timeline for product development only. The product dissemination will be done by project through different meetings, training, website etc.
  8. Language – There will be background narration of documentary along with subtitles. There will be two copies of documentaries one in English and another in Ahmaric so that it can be utilised with different audiences. Subtitles will be in Ahmaric for English narration and English for Ahmaric narration
  9. The Consultant will use appropriate music, Voice Over (preferably female) for the AV document to ensure a high end output apt for international audience
  10. Any copyright issues relating to images, music, VO, script etc. will be the responsibility of the Consultant to ensure that Triggerise has the full rights of the video, script, music, images, VO. However, Triggerise will be responsible for any such issues relating to the project execution and content.
  11. The copyright of video documentary would be with Triggerise and the Consultant would not be able to use, publish the AV or part of it anywhere without prior
  12. The final AV to be submitted in pen drive along with beta version and online format.
