The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing goods in the warehouse.
- Inventory Management by regularly conducting counts and reconciliations and ensuring accuracy.
- Order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely order dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as outbound and inbound forms and maintain accurate records of received goods, dispatched orders, and inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding inventory and warehouse activities.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards before shipping.
- Report any quality issues and discrepancies to the relevant parties.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a relevant Diploma.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar setting.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
