The Caring Network (TCN) offers a response to the National HIV and AIDS, TB & STIs epidemics and psycho-social support services through the provision of comprehensive home based care services in partnership with DOH and DSD. TCN is building a dynamic team that can facilitate its effective leadership of the national response in the Western Cape.
Deem Management Services Limited (Deem), operating as The Caring Network, is an experienced seniors’ healthcare management organization and has been providing accommodation and healthcare services to seniors for over 30 years.
Since 1976 Deem has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of more than 5000 retirement and long-term care beds in the Province of Ontario and the United States.
Don Dal Bianco, the co-founder of Deem, Past President of the Ontario Nursing Home Association (ONHA) and one of the original founders of the Ontario Retirement Home Association, which is known today as the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA), has allowed the tradition of caring to continue to his son Rob Dal Bianco. As a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Rob joined the family business in 1994 and has worked as a “hands-on” manager of the business ever since.
Today as the President of Deem/The Caring Network Rob has assumed the role of President and is excited to be leading the organization into the future with the specific strategic vision of “developing caring communities supported by caring people”. The corporation invests in people as much as it invests in bricks and mortar because it believes that people are the source of its success. Currently Deem employs an extremely dedicated staff of over 150 health care workers and supplements its accomplished staff when necessary with a long established network of relationships including many proficient industry specialists and service providers which enables Deem to achieve excellent results for its residents in a fiscally prudent manner.
