DevelopmentAid has provided recruitment services since 2007 through its sister company European Management Solutions (EMS). In 2016, EMS was integrated into DevelopmentAid under the name DevelopmentAid Recruitment Solutions (DRS). It retained the staff, expertise, experience and networks of EMS which allowed DRS to continue to offer world-class services to their partners. DRS is currently acknowledged as one of the best providers of recruitment services for clients working with donor-funded projects (including framework contracts). This means it has considerable experience and knowledge in placing independent consultants and specialists in short- and medium-term projects. DRS has provided recruitment services to the Somaliland Development Fund (since 2014), a long-term partnership that resulted in a fruitful outcome for both parties. We have also been fairly active in Lot 6 Environment of FWC Beneficiaries 2013-2018, searching for professionals to join teams of experts for EU-funded projects dealing with livelihoods, climate resilience, climate finance, rural electrification, water supply, renewable energy, ecosystems, smallholder farmers, agribusiness, value chains, reforestation, low-emission, food security and other environment and NRM related fields. DRS team has recruited for various positions, both long and short-term including the roles of Manager/ Director/Head, Chief of Party, Expert/Consultant, Program/Project Manager, Specialist, Researcher, Team Leader/Coordinator, Monitoring/Evaluation Manager, Capacity Development Specialist. Among DRS clients are well known international consultancies and non-profit organisations including NORC, Goal, BRAC, The Kaizen Company, Dorcas, Anova Health Institute, Interpeace, Malaria Consortium, AECOM (now DT-Global), Mott Macdonald, AESA, DAI, ECO Consult, Luvent, EPRD, Planet, GFA, B&S, and many others. Since its inception, DRS has helped its clients to win over 650 assignments and has placed over 1,250 candidates.
