Pebbles Project
The main emphasis of the Pebbles Project is education. We work with children and families in the Winelands farming communities in the Western Cape. We focus on the entire life of the child and the challenging circumstances in which they live in order to make a significant and lasting difference. Since our inception in 2004, we have impacted the lives of children and their families in areas of education as well as nutrition, health, community and protection.
The Pebbles Project Trust enriches the lives of disadvantaged children living on farms in the Western Cape by providing support and intervention in five key areas: education, health, nutrition, community and protection.Whilst our main focus is and always will be on education (including special needs), our current multi-faceted approach reflects our belief that any meaningful and sustainable change needs to be holistic in nature, treating the child as a whole, taking into consideration all the factors that affect his or her ability to thrive.
