In respect to any exploitation of works, PRISK administers performers rights relating to broadcasting, communication to the public, making available by wire or wireless including transmission to subscribers to a diffusion or any digital service, mechanical reproduction, copying or similar reproduction such as digital copying and any form of use of such works.

About Performers Rights Society of Kenya (PRISK) was established on 1 Nov 2009 as a Collective Management Organization (CMO) representing performers in musical and dramatic works.Company Overview PRISK is a performer works licensing company appointed as a collecting society under Gazette Notice No. 12322 of 2009. PRISK is a non-profit company limited by guarantee whose mandate is to collect remuneration on behalf of the rights holders from various users of performers works and distributing royalties to those rights holders who comprise of both musicians and actors.
