The International Network for the Promotion of Public Speaking in African Countries, the Caribbean and Pacific (RIPAO) is an international NGO with representatives in more than 20 country. Our vision is to form active, conscious, and critical citizens of tomorrow's world. The RIPAO works directly with universities, debate organizations, foundations, foundations, NGOs and other organizations. community groups and other development actors, to democratize art practice oratory as a tool for personal, professional and socio-economic development in ACP.
