WHO WE ARE
QED was built 18 years ago on the premise that integrating monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and knowledge management and learning (KM&L) concepts together would better prepare development organizations to effectively establish program improvements. At the time, combining these two areas of practice was relatively new and had not easily been done before. Back in 1998, QED was at the forefront in driving this idea forward, and ensuring development organizations were aware of how these integrated solutions could allow for truly transformative impact. Today QED is a global leader, continuing to pioneer insights and integrated innovations in M&E, KM&L, performance and strategic management, and project delivery.
