Topsy’s mission is to empower families and communities to improve the care and protection of children made vulnerable by HIV and AIDS. Support to orphaned and vulnerable by children and their families is offered through the following programmes:• The holistic care of orphaned and vulnerable children through medical, psychosocial, nutritional, educational and spiritual activities. • Specialized medical care including medical male circumcision, cervical cancer screening and protection of mother-to-child transmission. • Enterprise Development Programme: The Shukushukuma Beadwork Project and Tinyiko Sewing Project offer income to 20 women who are able to support their families.
