Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist
- Degree in Economics, Business Management, Statistics or related field required, with specialized training in M&E. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven years work experience in M&E management with an international development organization.

- Experience conducting gender analyses or measuring the impact of women empowerment activities.
