CTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we’re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.
Through our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients’ HR related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services.
Overview of position
- CTG is looking for candidates whose experience match the below TOR.
Role objectives
- Coordinate & follow up on operational activities with all FTS the sector HQs, field offices & TPCCs’ in MOBs, TOBs, MCSs & MILOBs team sites.
- Facilitate among the operation coordination team for collection of all ICT materials for the regions & arrange shipment to respective destination.
- Participate in relevant operation coordination meetings & prepare the meeting minutes in Share Point & follow up on the action points.
- Liaise with FTS Field Coordinators, TPCC, MILOBs & monitor operation of ICT core services & projects.
- Managing operation data in Share Point for example monthly report, projects, handover documents, assets shipment tracking, meeting minutes & operational channel matrixes.
- Any other task as deemed necessary for operation.
Project reporting
- This role reports to the line manager.
Key competencies
- High school diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in operational coordination & information management.
- Must have computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, Spread Sheets & Share Point.
- Must have a national driver’s license for a light motor vehicle.
- Fluency in both French & English.
Team management
- This role has no team management responsibility.
