The incumbent is responsible for the implementation of high quality HIV testing and linkage services, program quality assurance and continuous quality improvement.
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill Technical Officer HTS, linkage Quality assurance and Continuous quality improvement position as soon as possible.The successful candidate will hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory Sciences, Nursing or Medicine. Master’s degree or higher in the following fields: Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related discipline will be an added value and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HIV Patient care as HTS Counsellor, Case manager or Health care provider.
