The Faculty Of Science Elite Scholarships is now available for Africans who wants to pursue a degree program at University Of Strathclyde – UK.
This scholarship program is created to provide support and advice to all non-native English speaking students at the University of Strathclyde.
Course Level: MSc/PGT programs.
Eligible Countries: Africa (Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina [Burkina Faso], Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Congo (Democratic Republic){formerly Zaire}, Djibouti, East Timor [Timor Leste], Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, The, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Ivory Coast [Côte D’ivoire], Kenya, Laos [Lao People’s Democratic Republic], Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, Zambia, Zimbabwe).
Eligible Field Of Study: Scholarships are awarded in the fields Chemistry, Computer and information sciences, Mathematics and statistics, Pharmacy and biomedical sciences, Physics, Forensic science.
Value Of Scholarships: Scholarships of £4000/£3500 and £3000/£2500 are available towards course tuition fees for students studying on MSc/PGT programmes in Science.
Eligibility Criteria: To apply for a Science Elite scholarship (Africa), applicants must:
- Be available to commence their academic studies in the UK by the start of the academic year in September/October
- Hold an offer of study on a course at the University of Strathclyde
- Be paying full international fees
- Must not be in receipt of any full scholarship/sponsorship
Method of Application: Candidates from Africa for all our Full Time MSc programmes will be automatically considered for these scholarships so no separate scholarship application is necessary.
