The Czech Development Agency (CzechAid) announces tender procedure for a Small-Scale Public Contract for services “Facilitation of EU-ZM Forest Partnership Roadmap Implementation (2026-2027) – 2nd CALL“.
The subject of the public contract is the facilitation of the implementation of a detailed schedule (known as the Roadmap) for the EU-Zambia Forest Partnership, which was enacted in November 2022 through a Memorandum of Understanding. The Roadmap was signed on November 8, 2023, and it sets out a plan for the coming years as well as specific priorities on which the European Union and Zambia have agreed. The project Sustainable Landscape through Integrated Management (SLIM) contributes to their substantive fulfilment through other public contracts, while also being tasked with the general facilitation of the implementation. In this context, the service provider, on behalf of the client, will prepare and facilitate meetings of both political and technical working groups, coordinate the establishment of baseline and fulfilment of individual priorities, including the preparation of related documents and document templates, and monitor current events in the forestry sector.
The estimated value of the public contract is CZK 1.083.867,75 / 50.850 USD excluding VAT.
May 2026 – December 2026: 209 working days in total = 113 working days required
January 2027 – September 2027: 189 working days in total = 113 working days required
A total of 226 days are required for the entire duration of the contract (1 working day is equivalent to 8 hours worked).
