Requirements
What you will do:
As our Global P&C Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders and teams globally to:
o Drive and implement globally our People & Culture initiatives in line with our P&C Strategy.
o Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance initiatives across different countries.
o Coach managers and support organizational development.
o Lead, advise and support on talent management, succession planning and culture-shaping programs.
o Navigate change ensuring compliance and help teams grow with clarity and confidence.
We’d love to hear from you if you have an internationally recognised Human Resources Management qualification, a CIPD or similar memberships and if you meet the job requirements.
