Hope for Children Organization Australia (HFC-Aus) is an organization, working in Ethiopia on community based initiatives and focusing on education. The School of St Yared has been operating the last 12 years and currently has 248 students. The school provides a quality education and also clothing (uniform) and two meals a day (breakfast and lunch) for children.

Number of Positions; 1 (One)

Job Description

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Host in-house recruitment events.
  • Discuss employees career development paths with managers.
  • Monitor HR metrics turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
  • Review departmental budgets.
  • Organize learning and development programs.
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • BA/degree management,
  • Minimum of 3 years purchasing experience
  • Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work with staff
  • Young energetic and dynamic personality
  • Good knowledge and skill both in store Management and Accounting
