Nutrition International’s work is guided by a dedicated and talented team of experts working globally, regionally and within countries to end malnutrition worldwide.

About the NOURISH Investment

The NOURISH investment (Nurture the ecosystem, Optimize the market, Unlock financing, Reinforce ANC platforms, Integrate and Scale MMS and Calcium for Healthy Futures) aims to strengthen maternal nutrition platforms for Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) & calcium including the sustainable transition from Iron Folic Acid (IFA) to MMS in Africa through the provision of technical assistance support for eight countries in Africa. The goal is to reach at least 4M women with MMS, enhance regional market-shaping and support for at least one manufacturer and a pooled procurement mechanism, catalyze and mobilize at least $54.4M financing for scale-up of MMS, support two countries to integrate calcium, and engage in regional-level advocacy to create an enabling environment for micronutrient supplementation, including evidence updates.

As the lead of the NOURISH consortium, Nutrition International provides regional leadership, coordination, and technical guidance in strengthening maternal nutrition data systems for this investment and together with Technical Assistance Partners in Africa, supports standardization, data quality, interoperability, and actionable use of data and evidence to improve coverage, adherence, accountability and decision-making.

About the role

2.Dashboard Development, Maintenance, and Analytics

Manage the grant-level dashboard and analytics system, developing and maintaining dynamic visualizations (Power BI, DHIS2, Tableau) for real-time monitoring. Generate summary tables, trend graphs, and analytic briefs to support regional analysis. Ensure dashboards reflect current data and provide actionable insights for TAPs and partners, including quality flags, confidence markers, completeness indicators, and guidance notes.

Document lessons learned and country insights. Prepare slide decks and briefs for presentations. Create recurring data packs for reviews and learning sessions.
