World Vision Ghana (WVG), a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the well-being of children, families and communities, invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of a Vehicle Tracking System for its fleet operations across Ghana.

The proposed service should include: real-time vehicle tracking, driver behaviour monitoring, fuel tracking, fleet reporting, and dashboard analytics, together with installation, training, and after-sales support services.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested firms must submit the following documentation:

  • Company Profile
  • Business Registration Documents
  • Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • Evidence of similar assignments undertaken within the last five (5) years
  • At least two (2) reference clients (preferably NGOs or corporate institutions)
  • Proof of technical capacity and after-sales support presence in Ghana
