Catholic Relief Services (CRS) has an internship program aimed at increasing opportunities for under-represented groups and increasing diversity in the workforce. Interns will receive a modest monthly stipend. Other details will be shared if you are selected for an interview in mid-July
We anticipate a start date on September 1st, 2024, and an internship duration of six months
The internship position we anticipate recruiting for is the following:
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) (1 position in Bamenda)
- Understanding the different Delivery mechanisms that Exist in the delivery of Assistance, and CRS’ motivation in using the e-Voucher in the ACER project.
- Data Management and Archiving (Good practices)
- Project Monitoring and reporting
- A detailed and hands-on apprehension of the breakdown of the MEAL activities (i.e., Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning)
- Update the MEAL archives; define roles and access procedures for All MEAL related files.
- Participate in all Monitoring Activities (OSM, PDM, etc.)
- Assist the MEAL team in planning, implementing and supervising field activities.
- Ensure that data entered on hard paper forms are entered into either CommCare or RedRose Collect for proper backup.
- Participate in the registration of Project participants.
- Provide daily updates for all MEAL activities.
Qualifications: BS in social sciences, statistics, Computer sciences, or any relevant field.
Languages: English, pidgin, the knowledge of one or two additional local languages can be an advantage
