- Master or equivalent title in Public Health and Hygiene
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in managing health cooperation projects and in coordinating PH activities
- Previous experience in developing countries
KEY DUTIES
The PH experts Project Managers are responsible for the management of projects activities, for improving PH and nutrition services and for promoting community participation in health services. In particular, they will be involved in the following activities:
- enhance of a referral system to ensure 3 level continuity of care (village, peripheral health facilities, county/state hospital)
- ensure proper management of the projects, integrating different intervention the organization is implementing in the area
- guarantee observance of the administrative procedures provided by donors and deadlines in terms of administrative and narrative reporting
- ensure the effective implementation of project activities
- guarantee timely reporting according to donors’ deadlines
