Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Officer to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Foundation’s healthcare and community development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and implement programs and projects
- Monitor program activities to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Prepare program plans, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and field teams to ensure program success
- Track program outcomes and support impact evaluation
- Maintain accurate program documentation and records
- Support compliance with donor and organizational requirements
- Identify challenges and recommend improvements to program delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in program coordination, project management, or NGO operations
- Experience working in the health or healthcare sector is an added advantage
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
