Job description
CTG overview

Overview of position
During the 6 month internship the candidate will work in the safety & security department. This is a role for someone who aspires to work in the duty of care space in either the humanitarian or private sector.
Role objectives
- Conduct research into relevant duty of care topics to support the business.
- Write articles & posts on duty of care topics for CTG countries of operations.
- Support in country safety & security teams on areas of priority policy research, drafting documents & presentations.

- Visit to a CTG country of operation to conduct field research.
- Support the Global Risk Manager on duty of care related tasks.
Project reporting
This role
reports to the Global Risk Manager.
Key competencies
- Recent graduate in a relevant field (international relations, global security, political science) is preferred.
- Must be fluent in English.
Team management
This role has no team management responsibility.
