World Vision (WVI) is relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice.

World Vision International invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested qualified manufacturers, distributors/dealers or resellers under the above mentioned categories.

Requirements:

Eligible bidders should attach valid documentations and be able to meet the following minimum requirements:-

  1. Company Profile
  2. Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration
  3. Valid County Council Licenses
  4. Provide a certified copy of tax registration(PIN),
  5. Valid Tax clearance certificate(TCC)
  6. Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company/owner)
  7. Provide last two (2) years of audited financial statements
  8. Provide at least THREE(3) references from previous customers and attach copies of Existing contracts/Framework agreements or evidence (LPO/Contract/Framework Agreement) of supply under any of the category applied for with value of USD20,000 and above in the last two years(2018/2019).
  9. Certificate of registration by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board (only for Pharmaceuticals)
  10. PPB registration code verifiable by sms (only for Pharmaceuticals)
  11. License of the Superintendent Pharmacist (only for Pharmaceuticals)

What is expected of successful supplier;

1) Supply medical supplies-Pharmaceutical, medical equipment, and/or veterinary supplies as and when needed and as per specification upon receipt of an LPO from World Vision International

2) Package and label the consignment as instructed by World Vision International after verification by a World Vision staff
