Management Systems International (MSI), A Tetra Tech Company, is an international development consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. and founded in 1981 by Marina Fanning and Larry Cooley.
In 2016, MSI became a Tetra Tech company. MSI was previously a part of Coffey International Development, a global developing consulting firm with headquarters in Australia since 2008.
MSI's clients include government agencies and NGOs, most notably USAID.
